Dakota Fanning sparkles in J.Mendel on the cover of Cosmopolitan’s February 2012 issue, on newsstands Tuesday (February 10). This cover has sparked some controversy because people think Dakota (17 years old) is too young to be on a magazine aimed at older readers, I mean look at what it says on the cover. What do you think? Is she too young?
